I have been an attorney for just over 20 years; first starting out working for Bank of America in its trust department for two years and then handled probate and estate work as a practicing attorney in small law firms throughout the Bay Area. Being new to the trust department in San Jose, I was given all the difficult accounts, which included eight deaths and in turn estates.
